Last race of the Season
(it was certainly a "warm" day.  that's for sure !!)

That big, natural triple
Sorry I could not get a better picture of this jump but only one or two of our area's top pros could pull this one off.  And I think that fact, alone, qualifies this jump as the most difficult big jump in our entire motocross region now.  You wanted big air?  Ace delivered.  Yes, it is "top pro" only territory only right now.  But you'll be sailing over it soon too...   with a bit more practice on it !

Another shot of our new section ....  (  from the top of the old Murphy's law )

Yes, we heard your input:    we will make any new track sections wider and faster for next year -- (with special attention to multiple lines).   Anthony K. is the "new blade" at Ace and he will deliver as soon as the spring weather arrives.   By the way, you didn't ask for more sand on the track but you are going to get that too !!

Joe Scannapieco, #22, with a holeshot in 2nd half +35

Joe maintained his lead until the last lap when when #31, Tom Weeks, got by.  Joe was on his way to a 1st overall but had to settle for 2nd, behind Tom.  Next year Joe !  That great "elbows up" style is going to pay off.  It always does in the long run !!  We like.

Expert rider #200, Pat Mahan, and his new bride !!

Few of you probably know that Pat Mahan was married THE DAY BEFORE this ACE event.  Yup, married on Saturday and here is Pat, with his lovely new bride, on Sunday.  Now you just know this is going to be a relationship that will last forever!  All the best to you both Pat..  And now that I think of it... when are we going to be seeing some "new Mahan" motocrossers in 4-6 Peewee??   4 years from last night maybe?   From the look of those smiles I think so !!

Remember to RENEW your MSC card
